ICICI NRI services sucks..
October 19, 2008 – 11:33 pmIf ur wondering Y I haven’t blogged for the last week is because I have been trying to open an NRI account with ICICI bank which is a real pain. They made my life so miserable by each call center representative/ relationship managers/ online resources giving me different instruction for me resolve the discrepancies.
I wasn’t treated like a customer it was like as if I’m begging them to save my money in their bank. My dad worked for ICICI and obviously I liked th organization since he worked their. Not any more and I’m so pissed with them that I’m not going to recommend ICICI to any one or may be I will go one step ahead and request my friends to close their accounts with ICICI.
Looks like the good old days of ICICI serving its customer has gone or may be I was treated differently snce my dad worked with them.

i have icici credit card,
one fellow called me and told me that, all the icici credit card holders should go for cashless card insurance. He also mentioned that, if any goes wrong with me, they can claim my credit card outstanding from this cashless card. so it is already approved for me, its with them now, so they need my card number and other information to debit 13000 Rs from my credit card. He was harassing me for 3 days, i mailed credit card dept, they said, they must have been from ICICI insurance dept. ICICI credit card dept has no such mandatory things…
i donno y such bull shits happen with ICICI….
Thankfully i didnt fall in that pray.
May be becoz im already bankrupt. else wud have fallen.
